CO-CLEAN „Ko-dizajn i sprovođenje lokalne održive energetske akcije“, finansiran od strane programa INTERREG IPA CBC Italija-Albanija-Crna Gora 2014/2020, čiji je cilj povećanje energetske efikasnosti i upotrebe obnovljivih izvora energije na uključenim teritorijama kroz sprovođenje inovativnih i konsolidovanih akcija, obuke i aktivnosti za podizanje svijesti.

Ciljevi projekta su:

• Generisati pozitivnu promjenu u ponašanju građana i zainteresovanih strana u održivom korišćenju izvora energije i u pitanjima vezanim za rast CO2 i klimatske promjene;
• Povećati, u javnom sektoru, nivoe energetske efikasnosti i upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije kroz sprovođenje akcija usmjerenih na poboljšanje znanja zaposlenih u javnom sektoru kao i stručnosti i tehnologija o energetskoj efikasnosti;
• Smanjiti razlike u znanju i iskustvima među projektnim partnerima i stvoriti stalnu mrežu za promociju razmjene dobrih praksi, podataka i informacija o energetskoj efikasnosti.

PILOT AKCIJE:

Pet pilot akcija predviđenih projektom u različitim obuhvaćenim oblastima su:

• Opština Berane: postavljanje sistema grijanja u Centru za kulturu;
• Opština Brindisi: instalacija fotonaponskog sistema na institutu Sant’Elia-Commenda Comprehensive;
• Opština Racale: postavljanje fotonaponskog sistema na opštinskom bazenu;
• Konzorcijum za industrijski razvoj doline Biferno: nadogradnja trenutnog sistema klimatizacije iz 1998. godine u njegovom administrativnom sedištu;
• Opština Vlora: postavljanje solarnih panela na gradski vrtić.

GLAVNI REZULTATI PROJEKTA:

• Stvaranje energetske zajednice sastavljene od građana i MSP;
• Primjena mjera energetske efikasnosti u javnim zgradama na osnovu već testiranih dobrih praksi;
• Realizacija Energetskog festivala za generisanje pozitivne promjene u ponašanju građana i zainteresovanih strana u cilju racionalnog i održivog korišćenja izvora energije;
• Realizacija prekograničnog kursa e-učenja za javne službenike i tehnička lica.

CO-CLEAN

CO-CLEAN “Co-designed and implementation of local sustainable energy action” is a project funded by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania Montenegro 2014/2020 Programme, whose aim is to increase energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies in the involved territories through the implementation of innovative and consolidated actions, training and awareness-raising activities.

objectives:

The objectives of the project are:

• Generate a positive change in the behavior of citizens and stakeholders on the sustainable use of energy sources and on issues related to CO2 growth and climate change;
• Increase, in the public sector, levels of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy through the implementation of actions aimed at improving the knowledge of public employees as well as the expertise and technologies on energy efficiency;
• Reduce know-how disparities among project partners and create a permanent network to promote the exchange of good practices, data and information on energy efficiency.

PILOT ACTIONS:

The 5 pilot actions foreseen by the project in the different involved areas are the following:

• Municipality of Berane: installation of a heating system in the Municipal Cultural Center;
• Municipality of Brindisi: installation of a photovoltaic system on the Sant’Elia-Commenda Comprehensive Institute;
• Municipality of Racale: installation of a photovoltaic system on the municipal swimming pool;
• Consortium for the Industrial Development of the Biferno Valley: updating of the current air conditioning system dating back to 1998 in its administrative headquarters;
• Municipality of Vlore: installation of solar panels on a municipal nursery.

Project’s main RESULTS:

• The creation of an energy community composed of citizens and SMEs;
• The implementation of energy efficiency measures on public buildings based on already tested good practices;
• The realization of the Energy Festival to generate a positive change in the behaviour of citizens and stakeholders on the rational and sustainable use of energy sources;
• The realization of a cross-border e-learning training course for public and technical employees.
